David Crouch, M.D. joins Summit Medical Group


Dr. David Crouch has joined Summit Medical Group at Farragut as a family physician. He currently is accepting new patients.

Crouch earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in molecular biology and completed his medical training at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. A U.S. Army veteran, Crouch completed his family practice residency at Madigan Army Medical Center and served as a battalion surgeon at Fort Campbell in Kentucky with the 101st Airborne Division.

Crouch has been board certified in family medicine since 1991 and holds memberships with the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Crouch and his wife have four children and reside in the Hardin Valley community. He enjoys endurance sports and is an outdoor enthusiast. Crouch also is an active member of the Christian Medical & Dental Associations and has performed medical mission work around the world.
