Joint Pain? Summit Rheumatologists Provide Relief.

Rheumatology is the treatment of diseases that affect joints, such as arthritis. Once a patient is referred to a rheumatologist by a primary care physician, the rheumatologist may conduct tests to determine the cause of the patient's problem. Treatment may include medications, infusions and management of exercise or diet regimens.

Rheumatologists assist their patients in managing many diseases, including:

  • Arthritis
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Lupus
